Our online store contains some of the business products that are available for sale in our physical store and gives the opportunity to make a distance purchase to all internet users. The user of this online store accepts these terms, agrees to them and undertakes to abide by them.

Products

The characteristics of the products are always in their description, next to the photo of each product and correspond to that product only. If in any case you consider that the product information is not sufficient, please contact us through the contact form.

The prices of the products are accurate and they always include VAT (6%). The company has the right to change the prices at any time without notice, except for prices related to orders that have already been successfully registered.

Product Orders

Ordering through our online store is a distance sale. Our online store is aimed at users who have turned 18 years old.

To complete an order, it is necessary to fill in the details of the consumer in the special form and the acceptance by the consumer of the terms of use and privacy of the website.

Credit / Debit Cards

When you enter your credit card information to pay for your purchases, you are actually transmitting your bank details directly to Eurobank, which records them on its highly secure website, using the 3DSecure protocol. When the payment is complete, you will be transferred back to our website and the transaction will be completed successfully!

This information is not transmitted to third parties by any intermediary, not even by us and in no case is it stored or maintained in any of our systems, nor by the technical support providers, as the Security of Electronic Payments is our main priority.

Bank Transfer

You can choose to pay for your order by bank transfer. After clicking “Confirmation and Payment” the transaction will be completed and in the next step you will receive the details of our bank account, in order to proceed with the transfer. The data can also be seen here:

Please note that your order will be recorded and the products you have ordered will be kept on your behalf for 3 days until the bank transfer is validated. After this period, the order is automatically canceled and the products are put back for sale.

Your order will be shipped when the transaction is validated by our banking partners. You will then receive an email stating that your shipment has been launched.

Consumer Rights

The consumer can use the following rights after placing his order:

ORDER CANCELLATION

The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After the above time, cancellations can not be accepted.

WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case the return policy applies, an updated version of which is available here .

MONEY BACK

The consumer does not have the option to request a refund. Upon returning the product, the customer receives a credit voucher which they can use in a future purchase.

PRODUCT CHANGE

The consumer has the right to request a change of product, in accordance with our return policy.

The company strives to the extent that it is possible to control all factors for better and faster customer service. The company does not bear any responsibility for any delays in the delivery of products by factors that are not determined by its own fault (natural phenomena, bad weather, strikes, etc.).
